Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. To improve accuracy we highly recommend you send in a sample of your hair. If you choose or select the wrong color your are responsible, not us. We will copy the color you request. In such a circumstance we will not replace the unit without a fee. Therefore, make sure you know your color or send us in a sample.

CUSTOM HAIR SYSTEM RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Hollywood Lace WILL NOT and DOES NOT provide return shipping labels that cost will be incurred by the consumer. There are no returns or refunds for Custom Made Hair Systems. If an error was made by our factory such as color, size etc...Hollywood will correct those errors(s) at no cost. The client MUST notify Hollywood Lace of these errors within 15 Days upon receipt of their order. No adjustments can be made on Custom Hair Systems that have been worn, cut, or altered in any way. Hollywood Lace is under no obligation to remedy any errors that are made by the client. Once a Custom Hair System Order is placed it cannot be cancelled. The only exception to this is if the client does so within 5 business days after placing the order. Past this period, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted or given. Custom Hair Systems are made by hand. Each order is unique. Therefore, Hollywood Lace does not guarantee any specific delivery time. There are no refunds for delays in production.

STOCK HAIR SYSTEM RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Clients may return or exchange a Stock Hair System(s) for full credit or a refund. This return must be done within 15 days upon receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Hollywood Lace WILL NOT accept a return or exchange if the Stock Hair System has been cut, worn, or altered in any way. This includes size, color adjustments, or any other alterations made by Hollywood Lace or any other Salon at the request of the client.

Custom Hair System Delivery Time

Custom Hair Systems are made by hand uniquely. The production time can take from 7-16 weeks from the time we receive your specs to produce. Since it is custom made by hand no guaranteed date can be given. We only offer a reasonable estimated time of completion based on a history of orders. This estimation is usually pretty spot on. However, sometimes orders will come in a little sooner and sometimes take a little longer. The production time depends on several factors such as the hair system size, density, base type and other relevant features. We will always do our very best to get your custom hair system made as soon as possible without compromising the high quality we are recognized for. We always recommend to order custom hair systems ahead of schedule so you are never stuck in a difficult situation. If however, you are in urgent need we recommend trying to maybe order a stock hair system in the interim.

Stock Hair System Delivery Time

Stock Hair Systems will be shipped out the same day if your order is in our home domestic office. If we have to get it shipped from our overseas office please add 8-14 days to delivery of your order. Also, if you need to get a haircut or any custom adjustments to your stock hair systems please add an additional 3-8 days to the delivery of your order.
